Goal
BPI has challenged us to play an important role in their Digital Transformation Factory, aiming to improve specific services in a collaborative and agile way in 6-months blocks. Our ultimate goal has been to guarantee the user experience is both great and coherent throughout all BPI’s client touch-points.
BPI App
The bank in the client’s pocket. With the BPI App, users can be with their bank anytime, anywhere – safely and easily. From the app, users can access their personal homebanking area, with the features that are most important in a mobile context.
BPI Net
The complete home banking experience. This responsive website, available for mobile, tablet and desktop, has all the features that BPI clients need to interact with their accounts and investments.
GoBanking
This is a tool designed for BPI employees who are in the investment centers. Here they can acquire a set of tools that the bank provides, as well as access to relevant information from their customers.
It was designed and built for Windows Tablet platform to allow better mobility of BPI employees, and to allow better interaction whenever they have a meeting with their customers.
Caixa Self-Service
This is an innovative self-service solution that allows BPI’s clients to autonomously perform many operations, including: depositing cash and checks; checking the IBAN, as well as transactions; and exchanging bills for coins.
DSI TV App
This is the internal TV to the DSI (information system management area), intended for bank employees, and where real-time occurrences are communicated as they happen. It is also used to broadcast macro reports about specific works.
